Supporting the acceleration of Additive Manufacturing, Inert (www.inert-am.com) is proud to be an exhibitor at the formnext additive manufacturing show taking place in Frankfurt Germany from November 14 to November 17. Inert representatives will be available at Booth 3.1-G14 to share about their recently upgraded PowderShield de-powdering enclosure with argon gas management system. The PowderShield system is specifically designed to protect operators from unhealthy exposure to powders during post processing, prevent atmospheric contamination of metal powders, and reclaim them for reuse. Features include repeatable hermetic seal, argon blow off gun, perforated floor with powder collection funnel, ulatrasonic vibration, and rotating tilt table, with other customization possibilities.

Inert's Argon-2 dual column Gas Management System is equipped with high-capacity purification columns, 0-60 CFM variable speed blower and 1.5-inch diameter gas loop for standard glovebox flow rate of inert gas. This system is perfect for medium throughput or small to mid-size enclosures that require a < 1ppm O2 and H2O inert atmosphere. Its free-standing design allows for easy retro-fit of existing 3D printers with the latest in gas management systems technology.

In partnership with Sievgen (www.sievgen.com), Inert will be demoing their powder handling solutions with a Sievgen 04 automated sieving station at Inert’s booth during the formnext Show 2017. This optimized combination of technologies allows users to safely work with, weigh and measure, reclaim, and transfer metal and non-metal powders.
