Inflatable Gasket Technology: Secure and PLC controlled seal

Inflatable Gasket Technology offers a cutting-edge solution to maintain glovebox tightness. This system is controlled via the glovebox touch screen and uses an EPDM (also available FDA-approved silicone gasket) that inflates to create a secure seal between the front panel and the stainless-steel enclosure.

Hinged at the top, the window flips upwards, and is maintained in place by mechanical pistons to ease access inside the enclosure. Integrated with position sensors, electronic locks, leak detection flow meters, and pressure sensors, the inflatable gasket system ensures an airtight seal, while providing real-time feedback to operators.
