Bag-In Bag-Out Housing
Bag-In Bag-Out(BiBo)
The Bag-In Bag-Out (BiBo) method provides a secure, contamination-free way to replace HEPA filters. This system encloses each filter in an individual stainless steel module, typically located outside the main glovebox. The dimensions of the BiBo filter module must be adapted to the dimensions of the HEPA filter and to the flow rating required.
BiBo Solutions for Various Flow Rates
To maintain optimal performance, the BiBo filter module must be tailored to:
- HEPA filter dimensions
- Required airflow capacity
Inert offers BiBo systems designed for multiple flow rates, including:
- 50 m³/h
- 70 m³/h
- 300 m³/h
Enhanced Safety with Circular BiBo Filter Casings
For improved leak tightness and ensure secure bag attachment during filter exchange, circular BiBo filter casings are recommended. These casings provide:
- Better resistance to external forces applied to the bag
- Reduced contamination risks
- Improved sealing performance
By implementing Inert’s advanced BiBo solutions, operators can ensure safe, efficient, and contamination-free HEPA filter replacement across various critical applications.
