This system encloses each filter in an individual stainless steel module, typically located outside the main glovebox. To maintain optimal performance, the dimensions of the BiBo filter module are adapted to the dimensions of the HEPA filter and to the required airflow capacity.
For improved leak tightness and secure bag attachment during filter exchange, circular BiBo filter casings are recommended. These casings provide better resistance to external forces applied to the bag, reduced contamination risks, and improved sealing performance.
