Smoke Removal System

Inert Smoke Removal System is designed to filter smoke, soot, and particles in a localized area while maintaining the glovebox atmosphere.

Inert Smoke Scrubber is a stand-alone cabinet equipped with a HEPA filter enclosed in a secure housing. With its own blower, the Smoke Scrubber circulates glovebox gas in a closed loop, reducing gas consumption and waste.

Manual butterfly valves installed upstream and downstream of the filter housing allow for safe filter replacement, especially when handling powder that may pose an ignition risk in the presence of air.

A flexible hose directs airflow close to the process, optimizing particle capture. A Magnehelic gauge on the front door monitors filter saturation and indicates clogging risk.

Inert Smoke Scrubber is equipped with a manual switch and can be tied to the glovebox PLC in option.
