The inert gas purifier continuously circulates gas between the enclosure and the purification unit. As the gas passes through our absorbent media, it is scrubbed, removing moisture and oxygen from the environment. Achieving and maintaining these low impurity levels also depends on proper antechamber operation, leak-free gloves, and minimizing door openings. In addition, regular regeneration of the purifier columns ensures optimal long-term performance.

Antechambers are used to introduce or remove objects from the enclosure while maintaining a tightly controlled, oxygen- and moisture-free environment inside the glovebox. The size of the antechamber determines the range of equipment, tools, containers, or samples that can be accommodated. A smaller antechamber enables faster vacuum cycles and reduces inert gas consumption. In most systems, large antechambers are automated and controlled via the touchscreen interface, while small antechambers are typically operated manually.

Replacement frequency depends on usage, the chemicals handled, and the glove material. Most users replace gloves after a few months, though this is highly dependent on the process and the operator. O-rings, gaskets, and seals typically last one to two years under normal operating conditions.

Yes. Certified technicians can install the system onsite and provide hands-on operational training to ensure your team can safely and confidently operate the equipment. Service reports, Site Acceptance Tests, and other documentation can be provided upon request.

First check for leaks. Inert gloveboxes are equipped with leak-testing features that allow a pressure-decay leak test to be performed. Inspect for glove damage, verify door seals, and ensure proper antechamber procedures are being followed. Then confirm the status of the purifier. If impurity levels remain high after these checks, contact our service team for further diagnostics.

Yes. Gloves, seals, sensors, filters, and purifier media are all available and can be shipped quickly to minimize downtime.

Regeneration is required when oxygen or moisture levels rise above acceptable thresholds. Depending on system usage, this interval can range from several months to over a year. The purifier media can be regenerated multiple times before replacement is necessary—five years is an average.

High-performance purifiers can reach below 1 ppm oxygen and below 1 ppm moisture, ideal for battery, semiconductor, and R&D applications.

Nitrogen, argon, and helium are commonly used. Reactive or corrosive gases may require additional engineering review.

Yes. Like all precision measuring and monitoring equipment, oxygen and moisture analyzers must be calibrated regularly. Oxygen analyzers equipped with electrochemical cells require periodic replacement of the consumable cell followed by realignment. Moisture analyzers also require recalibration—typically every 12 months—to ensure accurate readings. Swap-out programs are available, allowing you to exchange your used analyzers for newly calibrated units. All calibrated analyzers are supplied with a calibration certificate.

Lead time varies based on system size and configuration, but most orders ship within 6–12 weeks after final approval.

Gloveboxes and Solvent Purification Systems are sold partially assembled. All Inert systems are fully tested at our facility before shipment. To simplify shipping, reduce pallet size, and minimize the risk of transportation damage, piping, analyzers, and any external components that could be affected are carefully removed, wrapped, and packaged for protection.
