Air Conditioning for Inert Gloveboxes

Inert gloveboxes can be optionally equipped with integrated air conditioning systems to regulate the internal temperature of the enclosure. This feature is especially critical when high-temperature equipment—such as furnace, hot plate or heated processes—is operated inside the glovebox.

The temperature control is fully automated: users can set the desired internal temperature via the glovebox touchscreen interface, and the system will self-adjust to maintain the specified threshold.

Typically, the air conditioning unit is mounted on the glovebox ceiling to optimize space and airflow, though custom configurations are available to suit specific integration needs and cooling capacity requirements.
